Recently, in preparation for the launch of the Wii U, I had the great pleasure of working with the brilliant minds at Nintendo of America on a new Interactive Voice Recording project for their customer support line. It was one of the most rewarding projects I've done, not only because of the content, but through my interactions with a bright and professional project team.
